Accounts

Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Retailer and distributor prices apply only after Aurona approves the account.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise. Minimum order quantities shown on product pages apply. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and will refund any amount paid.

Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment succeeds through PhonePe.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery, returns and refunds follow our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Warranty covers manufacturing defects as stated for each product.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the website, copy its content or images, or attempt to disrupt it. Product images are for illustration; actual colours may vary slightly.

Liability

Products must be installed and used as per the manual. Aurona is not liable for damage caused by misuse, faulty wiring or unauthorised repairs.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Rajasthan having jurisdiction.
